Rise and Shine

We had such a fun party as you can see from our video and the photos. We didn't have a theme, oh my, but did have centerpieces made up of baskets of dry goods that we later donated. Look for Dan being carried in the chair above the guests. Everyone listened to the tunes of HavaNagila (and so can you!) and danced the hora. Hal Martin and Joanne had everyone rockin’ !The kids did the limbo and the adults aligned for a few line dances.

The party was held at Moonstruck, immediately following the service. We requested their Christmas wreath be removed, but some of the photos still show a holiday topiary...oops! We had 62 guests…14 candles…and a wonderful time.

 

Here’s Dan blowing out the candles of his Bar Mitzvah cake – all at once! Playing the tuba all those years must have helped...he makes it look so easy!
